For sale: a Rare and Exceptional tri-fold hardcover edition, first printing of McSweeney’s Issue 16 by Denis Johnson, Ann Beattie, Robert Coover and  others. First Edition unstated, 2005 McSweeney’s Books. First Printing with no subsequent printing.

The book is in Near Fine condition with clean, illustrated boards with a 4-fold design, clean page blocks, tight binding, no spine tilt, four strong spine ends, mild edge wear and lightly rounded corners. Inside the hardcover binder are two paperback volumes and a special deck-of-cards story.
