For sale is a rare and exceptional first edition, first printing of The Little Friend by Donna Tartt, First Edition stated, 2002 Knopf. First printing with 2002 on the title page and copyright pages, and no subsequent printing on the copyright page.

The book is in Very Good condition with bright boards with light wear and heavy spotting. Also with, strong title ink on a tilted spine,  a few scuffs and smudges  on the page blocks, tight binding, heavy spine tilt, rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly rubbed corners. The interior of the book is in Fine condition with the ghost of an erased price on the first free end paper. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership. The rear end paper and the interior pages are clean and bright, making this an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is in Very Good condition, with the price on the front flap, moderate to heavy surface wear and mild edge wear. Striking jacket and book design by Chip Kidd.
