First Edition. 1924 Little Brown. First Printing with 1924 on both title and copyright pages. VG/NF hardcover with no dust jacket, as issued. Boards are very clean and bright with a few marks, very mild edge wear, and lightly rubbed/rounded corners. Gilt letters are very strong on both the front title/graphic and the spine. Top gilt very strong, as well. Both front and rear hinges are strong and the binding is very strong. No inscription on the end papers, but several lengthy ones are on the half-title and table of contents. Some of the poems are marked with single and/or double check marks. Inside pages are strong, supple, clean and surprisingly bright. This is a well-loved book in great condition.
