For sale: a Near Fine first edition, first printing hardcover copy of Aeneid  by Seamus Heaney. First Edition stated, 2016 by Farrar, Straus and Giroux. First Printing with full number line.

The book is in Near Fine condition with bright boards with a few small smudges, a strong title gilt, clean text blocks, tight binding, no  spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and strong corners. The interior of the book is in Fine condition with no marks, inscriptions, or any other signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is in Very Good+ condition with one one 1/4″ tear repaired with acid-free tape. The repair is nearly invisible on the top seam of the rear flap, making it a stunning example of this highly sought-after first edition that looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
