The book is in Near Fine condition with clean boards with mild fading at edges and a few spots, strong title gilt on a square spine and front board broom illustration, clean page blocks, tight binding, no spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, moderate edge wear, and rubbed corners. The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition with an erased price on the title page and no other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
The dust jacket is in Good condition with mild surface wear, heavy edge wear, two 1″ tears on the front, a rough-edged gap on the spine top and and smaller gaps on the seam that are taped with acid-free tape. The price is clipped from the front flap.
