For sale: a rare first edition, first printing hardcover copy of Transparent Things by Vladimir Nabokov. First Edition unstated, 1972 McGraw Hill. First Printing with full number line, 123456789 BPBP 987654321.

The book is in Near Fine condition with clean, bright boards, strong title ink on a straight spine, clean page blocks, tight binding, mild spine tilt, rounded spine ends, mild edge wear, and rubbed corners. The interior of the book is in Near Fine condition with the previous owner’s name on the first free end paper and a Food(?) stain on the blank page opposite the title page. No other marks, inscriptions, or any other signs of ownership. The rear end paper and the interior pages are clean and lightly toned, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with mild surface wear, heavy edge wear, and the $5.95 price is on the front flap. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
