The book is in Near Fine condition with bright boards with a few spots, clean page blocks, tight binding, moderate spine tilt, lightly rubbed corners and heavy wear to spine ends including a frayed section of the top. The interior of the book is in Fine condition with the author’s lazy signature on the blank publisher’s page with no inscription. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership. The end papers with maps and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

To Paradise is a fin de siècle novel of marvelous literary effect, but above all it is a work of emotional genius. The great power of this remarkable novel is driven by Yanagihara’s understanding of the aching desire to protect those we love—partners, lovers, children, friends, family, and even our fellow citizens—and the pain that ensues when we cannot.
Ships promptly in a corrugated mailer with the book wrapped in both craft paper and multiple layers of bubble wrap.
