For sale: a Very Rare first edition, first printing hardcover copy of T’ai chi ch’uan: Body and Mind in Harmony : An ancient Chinese way of exercise to achieve health & tranquility by Sophia Delza. FirstĀ  Edition unstated 1961 Good News Publishing. First Printing with no ISBN number, 1961 as the only copyright on the copyright page in Roman numerals.

The book is in Very Good condition with bright white covers with a few marks and mild toning, some smudges on page blocks, tight binding, no spine tilt, rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly rubbed corners. The first free end papers has the ghost of an erased price. No other marks or inscriptions are inside and the pages are clean and lightly toned.

The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with mild toning and heavy edge wear, several open tears mended with acid-free tape, and no price on the front flap, as issued. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
