The book is in Very Good condition with lightly faded boards and a clean paper label on a sunned spine. Also with faded top gilt, deckled edges on page blocks with mild compressions on bottom. Also, a tight binding, mild spine tilt, rubbed, heavy edge and corner wear. The interior of the book is in Near Fine condition with no marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and lightly toned, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

The philosophy of, as expounded in these short poems,was quite different from official Islamic dogmas. It is not clear whether he believed in the existence of God or not, but he objected to the notion that every particular event and phenomenon was the result of divine intervention; nor did he believe in any Judgment Day or rewards and punishments after life. Instead he supported the view that laws of nature explained all phenomena of observed life.
