The book is in Near Fine condition with bright boards with a few spots, and strong title gilt on a convex spine. Also with, a heavily foxed bottom page block, tight binding, no spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and strong corners. The interior of the book is in Near Fine condition with the ghost of an erased price on the first free end paper. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with heavy surface wear and mild edge wear. First state jacket with the $13.95 price on the front flap and 0981 date on the rear flap. Looks great in a recent Brodart archival wrap with some surface wear.
