For sale: a Rare and Exceptional First hardcover edition, first printing of Reflections At Walden, selected writings of Henry David Thoreau with Color Photographs Taken at Walden Pond by Henry David Thoreau. First Edition unstated, 1968 Hallmark. First Printing with no subsequent printing.

The book is in Near Fine condition with clean, bright boards, strong title gilt on a straight spine,  tight binding, mild spine tilt, rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly bumped corners. The interior of the book is in Near Fine condition with the previous owner’s three-line address on the first free end paper and no other marks, inscriptions, or signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and lightly toned.

The first state dust jacket is in Good condition with heavy edge wear, chips, tears and the price cut from the front flap.
