For sale: a rare and exceptional first edition, first printing of The Once and Future King by T. H. White in a protected in a new archival wrap.
The book is in Very Good condition with bright blue boards with some white spots, strong silver title gilt on the straight spine. Also, lightly toned page blocks, tight binding, no spine tilt, rolled and rubbed spine ends, heavy edge wear, and rubbed corners. The interior of the book is also in Very Good condition with no marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership. The interior pages are clean and lightly toned , making it an excellent addition to any collection.
The dust jacket is in Fair-Good condition with old tape repairs redone with acid-free tape. Condition does not match the quality of the book, and the Fourth Printing statement on the front flap is also misleading. Looks pretty good in a new Brodart archival wrap.
Ships promptly in with book wrapped in both craft paper and multiple layers of bubble wrap.
