For sale: a Rare and Exceptional first edition, first printing paperback copy of New York 2140 by Kim Stanley Robinson. First Paperback Edition stated, March 2018, Orbit. First Printing with full number line reversed, 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1.

The exterior of this paperback edition is in Near Fine condition, with clean, illustrated covers with three partial creases near the front corners. The largest is 2″ near the bottom corner and the smaller is a double crease of 1″ at the top. The book also features clean page blocks, mild surface wear, a strong title on a concave spine with a 1″ crease on the top, a tight binding with no spine cracks, rubbed spine ends, mild edge wear and lightly rounded corners.

The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition with the ghost of an erased price on the first free end paper. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection. Appears unread.

As the sea levels rose, every street became a canal. Every skyscraper an island. For the residents of one apartment building in Madison Square, however, New York in the year 2140 is far from a drowned city.

Ships promptly in a manila envelope with the book wrapped in both craft paper and multiple layers of bubble wrap.
