Description

For sale: a Rare and Exceptional First Edition, later printing hardcover copy of Moja Means One by Muriel Feelings. First  Edition unstated, 1971 Dial Press. First Printing stated. Illustrated by Tom Feelings.

The book is in Near Fine condition with clean. lightly faded boards, strong title ink on a square spine, lightly foxed page blocks, tight binding, mild  spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends,  moderate edge wear, and rounded and rubbed corners. The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition with an erased price on the half title page and a sticker residue on the rear end paper. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is in Good condition with mild surface wear, heavy edge wear, two 1″ tears on the front, a rough-edged gaps on the spine ends and and smaller gaps on the seams. The price is double-clipped from the front flap.

The numbers one through ten in Swahili accompany two-page illustrations of various aspects of East African life.

Ships promptly in corrugated mailer with book wrapped in both craft paper and multiple layers of bubble wrap.
