This is signed and dated 2/29/96 by the author on the title page with his trademark circle and cross-out of his printed name. The interior of the book is in otherwise fine condition with no other marks or inscriptions. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
The dust jacket is in Fine condition with no signs of wear, making it a stunning example of this highly sought-after first edition that looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap. The jacket is a first state with the $29.95 price intact on the front flap, and Vollmann’s name misspelled on the back.
