For sale is a rare and exceptional signed first edition, later printing of The Great Believers by Rebecca Makkai, protected in a new archival wrap. First Edition unstated, 2018 Viking. Seventh printing with incomplete number line reversed, 10 9 8 7.

The book is in Near Fine condition with spotless boards, strong title gilt on a straight spine,  clean page blocks, tight binding, mild spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly bumped corners. The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition with the author’s signature on the title page with no inscription. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is also in Near Fine condition, with the price on the front flap and mild surface and edge wear. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
