For sale: a rare early First Edition First Printing, hardcover copy of Five Moral Pieces by Umberto Eco in a new archival wrap. First US Edition stated, 2001 Harcourt. First Printing with complete letter line A C E G I K J H F D B.

The exterior of the book is in Near Fine condition with clean, bright boards, and strong title ink on a straight spine, clean page blocks, tight binding, mild spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly rubbed corners. The interior of the book is in Near Fine condition with an erased price on the first free end paper. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and lightly toned, making this an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with two letter Ms written in ink above the author’s name on the front, moderate to heavy soiling, and mild edge wear. First state jacket with $23.00 price on the front flap. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
