For sale: a Rare and Exceptional first hardcover edition, early printing of Fatal Interview: Sonnets by Edna St. Vincent Millay with no dust jacket. First Edition unstated, 1931 Harper and Brother printing with the Thirteenth Edition statement on the copyright page. The Harper L-F code indicates a November 1931 printing.

The book exterior is in Good condition with lightly faded boards with spots, strong title ink on the partial paper label on a convex spine, toned page blocks, tight binding, mild spine tilt, top spine end is rubbed bare, heavy edge wear, and heavily rubbed corners. The interior of the book is in Very Good condition with the owner’s name and date on the front paste down. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The end papers and the interior pages are clean, supple and lightly toned.
