First Printing with 2012 copyright and ISBN 978-1-62490-015-0 on the copyright page. This is the true first paperback edition with the original cover and the Knopf imprint on the spine. Not the later Vintage Contemporaries reprint issued in 2013.
The exterior of this paperback edition is in Very Good condition, with clean, illustrated covers with a full, vertical creases on both covers, neatly creased near the spine to to protect the binding. Also with, clean page blocks, mild surface wear, strong title on a square spine, a tight binding with no spine cracks, lightly rubbed spine ends, mild edge wear, and rounded corners. The interior of the book is in Near Fine condition with the ghost of an erased price on the half-title page. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The inside covers and the interior pages are clean and lightly toned, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
