For sale: a Rare and Exceptional first edition, first printing hardcover copy of Death in Venice by Thomas Mann in a new archival wrap. First US Edition stated, 2004 Ecco. First Printing with complete number line 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1.  Translated by Michael Henry Heim.  Introduction by Michael Cunningham.

The book is in Near Fine condition with clean, bright boards, strong title gilt on a straight spine, a small stain on the bottom page block, tight binding, mild spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly rubbed corners. The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition with an erased price on the half title pager and no other marks, inscriptions, or signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is in Near Fine condition with mild edge wear, the price is intact on the flap.
