The book is in Good condition with faded boards with multiple marks on the front, lightly faded title inks on a concave spine, stained page blocks, tight binding, moderate spine tilt, rolled spine ends, heavy edge wear, and rubbed corners. The interior of the book is in Very Good condition with an erased price on the first free end paper. No other marks, inscriptions or signs of ownership inside. The rear end paper and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with mild surface wear and heavy edge wear, chips and tears. First state price-clipped jacket with the 0981 code present on the front flap, and the ISBN on the rear cover. Looks good in a new Brodart archival wrap.
