Near Fine hardcover with spotless, cloth boards, attractive spine design with just a hint of rubbing, moderate to heavy foxing on page blocks, no spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, mild edge wear and lightly rubbed corners. No marks or inscriptions inside. Pages clean and lightly toned with a mild damp smell present.
Good un-clipped dust jacket with mild toning, a 1/2″ hole in the sunned spine, and heavy edge wear, chips and gaps – mostly to the spine. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
This is an important volume: the first full (1775 poem) collection.
