The book is in Near Fine condition with very clean, bright boards, strong title ink on a straight spine, some spots and soiling on page blocks, tight binding, mild spine tilt, lightly rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and strong corners. The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition with the gum residue transfer of a small price sticker on the first free end paper. No other marks, inscriptions or other signs of ownership inside. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with the price on the front flap, mild surface wear, heavy edge wear, especially on the spine ends, with chips and creases, and a very small (less than 1/8″) hole in spine – next to the title. First state jacket with $16.95 price and 04163083 code on front flap. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
