Description

For sale: a rare and exceptional first edition, first printing, hardcover copy of Broca’s Brain by Carl Sagan. First  Edition described, 1979 Random House. First printing with number line starting at 2, as per publisher.

The book is in Very Good condition with clean cloth boards, strong title ink on tilted spine, lightly foxed page blocks, tight binding, heavy spine tilt, rolled spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly rubbed corners. The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition with no marks, inscriptions, or any other signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.

The dust jacket is in Very Good  condition with moderate surface wear and heavy edge wear, and one 1″ tear repaired by acid-free tape. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
