The hardcover edition is in Near Fine condition, with spotless , cloth boards and a remainder mark on the top of lightly foxed text blocks. The binding is tight with no creases, and there is no spine tilt. The spine ends are lightly rolled, and there is mild edge wear and lightly rounded corners of the exterior of the book. The interior of the book is in excellent condition, with no marks, inscriptions, ownership signs or other damage. The end papers are clean and the interior pages are all clean and bright.
The Near Fine dust jacket has a lightly toned surface with a few marks and mild edge wear, but is otherwise in great condition. The jacket is first state with the 18.95 price intact on the front flap and 9/87 date on the rear flap.
