First Vintage International Edition stated, June 1993 Vintage International. First Printing with full number line reversed, 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. Striking cover design by Chip Kidd is the same as the first hardcover edition. First Printing includes the foil NBA Winner badge.

The exterior of this paperback edition is in Very Good condition, with clean, illustrated covers with no creases, some spots on page blocks, mild surface wear, strong title on a square spine, a tight binding with no spine cracks, lightly rubbed spine ends, mild edge wear, and lightly rounded corners. The interior of the book is in Near Fine condition with the ghost of an erased price on the half-title page. No other marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The inside covers and the interior pages are clean and bright, making it an excellent addition to any collection.
