Previous owner’s bookplate on front paste down is mostly hidden behind the DJ flap. No other marks or inscriptions inside. Pages clean and lightly toned. Also includes five Roth short stories: “The Conversion of the Jews,” “Defender of the Faith,” “Epstein,” “You Can’t Tell a Man by the Song He Sings,” and “Eli, the Fanatic.”Good un-clipped dust jacket with mild soiling and heavy edge wear, chips and gaps.
