Previous owner’s bookplate on front paste down is mostly hidden behind the DJ flap. No other marks or inscriptions inside. Pages clean and lightly toned. Also includes five Roth short stories: “The Conversion of the Jews,” “Defender of the Faith,” “Epstein,” “You Can’t Tell a Man by the Song He Sings,” and “Eli, the Fanatic.”Good un-clipped dust jacket with mild soiling and heavy edge wear, chips and gaps. Looks good in a new Brodart archival wrap. Ships promptly in corrugated mailer with book wrapped in both craft paper and multiple layers of bubble wrap.
