For sale: a Rare and Exceptional first hardcover edition first printing of The City Jungle by Felix Salten in a new archival wrap. First US Edition unstated and undated, 1939 Simon and Schuster.  First Printing with no subsequent printing.  Illustrated by Kurt Wiese.

The book is in Very Good condition with clean, cloth boards with strong sheen, strong title ink on the sunned spine and on the front title and graphic. Also with rounded spine ends, clean page blocks, tight binding, mild spine tilt, moderate edge wear, and bumped corners. The interior of the book is in Very Good condition with no marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership. The rear end paper and the heavy stock interior pages are clean and lightly toned.

No dust jacket.
