No other marks, inscriptions or signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright.
The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with mild surface wear and heavy edge wear, chips and gaps. First state jacket without the Newbery badge and the $9.95 price on the front flap. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
