Description

For sale: a Rare First Uncut hardcover edition of Stranger in a Strange Land: For the first time the original uncut version by Robert A. Heinlein.  First THUS Edition described, 1991 Ace/Putnan. First Printing with full number line reversed, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10.  Not the Book Club Edition.

The book is in Very Good condition with clean, lightly faded boards, strong title ink on a convex spine, lightly foxed top page block, tight binding, no spine tilt, rolled spine ends, moderate to heavy edge wear, and lightly rubbed corners. The interior of the book is also in Near Fine condition, with an erased price on the half title page. No other marks, inscriptions, or any other signs of ownership. The end papers and the interior pages are clean and bright.

The dust jacket is in Near Fine condition with the price cut from the front flap, and mild surface and edge wear. Looks great in a new Brodart archival wrap.
