The exterior of this paperback edition is in Very Good condition, with clean, illustrated covers with no creases, foxed page blocks, mild surface wear, strong title on a straight spine, a tight binding with no spine cracks, strong spine ends, moderate edge wear and rounded corners. The interior of the book is also in Very Good condition with no marks, inscriptions, or other signs of ownership inside. The inside covers are heavily foxed and the interior pages are clean and toned.

Sundog is a powerful novel about the life and loves of a foreman named Robert Corvus Strang, who worked on giant dam projects around the world until he was crippled in a fall down a three-hundred-foot dam. Now as he tries to regain use of his legs, he has a chance to reassess his life, and a blasé journalist who has heard of Strang’s reputation in the field arrives to draw him out about his various incarnations.
