For sale is a rare and exceptional First Edition Early Printing of Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand in a new archival wrap. First Edition unstated, 1957 Random House. Thirteenth Printing stated.
The book is in Very Good condition with lightly faded boards with spots and scuff marks and moderately strong gilt initials on the front cover. The concave spine is sun-faded with mild chipping of the title gilt, and both author and title are strongly visible. Also with lightly foxed page blocks, mild spine tilt, rolled and rubbed spine ends, moderate to heavy edge wear and rounded and rounded and rubbed corners with no bare spots. The interior of the book is in Very Good condition with the previous owner’s name and phone number on the first free end paper. No other marks or inscriptions, and end papers and interior pages are very clean and lightly toned.
